I'm a bit behind in posting... I'll back date some of them so keep reading down the page!

Tonight we made a pretty simple dinner of whole wheat penne rigate with tomato sauce and courgette medallions (sliced zucchini... but doesn't "courgette medallions" sound better?). T-man bought some olive bread this afternoon, so we made garlic bread with cheese to go with the pasta. I need lots of garlic - I have a cold. :(
