Food log for Friday:

8 AM - coffee
10:30 AM - an orange and an apple
1 PM - egg salad sandwich
3 PM - 3 almond rice balls (I was going to have them with soup, but just ate them alone instead)
6:30 PM - orange and a few peanuts
9:30 PM - bean burrito, salsa with avocado and corn chips
output
1.5 hours - bellydance practice
