flog for wednesday.

input:
breakfast - granola with rice milk, coffee
morning snack - dried apricots
lunch - falafels and tabouli (hello garlic breath!)
pre-dinner snack - hummus and pita (more garlic breath!)
dinner - frittata with peppers, spinach, pesto, asparagus & cheese, with toast

output:
walked to & from work, in -20 degree weather! (with wind chill)
I meant to go to the gym but I was confused what day it was... will go today for sure
