breakfast - wholewheat english muffin with Earth Balance, coffee
snack - two energy balls
lunch - perogies and cabbage rolls, leftovers from Uke X-mas dinner last night
snack - apple
dinner -two different kinds of curry vegetables served over rice

output:
1 pm - yoga class
walked home from work
