Food log for Tuesday:

8 AM - coffee
10 AM - banana
11 AM - cereal with yogurt and raisins, green tea
2 PM - tofurkey sandwich with cheese & lettuce
3:30 PM - earl grey tea
6:45 PM - smoothie with cantalope, apple, pear, blueberries, bananas and soy milk (frozen fruit mix that I chopped up on the weekend)
10 PM - homemade pizza with spinach & tomatoes

muscle conditioning class at the gym... I had some serious jelly legs afterward!
