Food log for Monday:

8 AM - coffee
9:45 AM - green tea
11 AM - yogurt with raisins, dried cranberries and chopped almonds
3 PM - channa over rice (only half eaten due to knot in stomach)
9 PM - dinner at Lee Restaurant for G's birthday - very good and lots of veg options
output
1 PM - yoga class
6 PM - bellydancing class
