Food log for Sunday:

9 AM - coffee
10:30 AM - banana, pear and green tea
2:30 PM - pasta with garlic butter and a side of dill pickle chips, followed by more coffee
5:30 PM - blood orange
6:30 PM - green tea
8 PM - chocolate pound cake (that's right, dessert before dinner, booyah!)
10 PM - curry stew with cauliflower, potatoes & lentils over rice
output
1.5 hours of chores - not exactly strenuous, also offset by a 2 hour nap
I made a point to eat more fruit today, yay me. Not too proud of the chips and late dinner time... I wasn't hungry because I had cake when I should have been eating dinner, but dinner wasn't ready yet. Oh it's a vicious cycle!
