breakfast - smoothie with banana, blueberries, watermelon, rice milk and hemp protein
snack - almonds
lunch - veg moussaka (salty, starchy comfort food)
snack - bagel with margarine and more of the fruit smoothie
dinner - finished the leftover moussaka
