7:45 AM - coffee
10 AM - yogurt with raisins and cereal
1:30 PM - pasta
5:30 PM - fruit bar
6:30 PM - chips
9:30 PM - giant meal salad: lettuce, barley-lentil salad, tomatoes, carrots, sunflower seeds, hard-boiled egg, cheese

12 PM - weight class - not as tough as last week, but my upper back is feeling it... and my triceps...
