Food log for Sunday:

9:30 AM - coffee
10:30 AM - cereal with yogurt and raisins
1:30 PM - Easter lunch at my parents' house: perogies & sour cream, my famous lentil-barley salad, green salad, apricot-barley salad that my mom made, mashed potatoes & mushroom gravy, sweet potatoes, wine, green beans sauteed with portabello mushrooms, cole slaw, spinach & feta quiche. Dessert: apple pie, truffles, coffee.


I ate so much... feel like I will never eat again! Except that we have tons of leftovers, including a dozen (a DOZEN!) hard-boiled eggs. There will be a lot of egg salad sandwiches this week.
