8 AM - coffee
10:30 AM - banana
12 PM - a couple of peanuts
2:30 PM - leftover pasta with spinach & chick peas
6:30 PM - lentil barley salad and cole slaw, a few crackers with spinach dip
9:30 PM - Easter dinner redux: quiche, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, barley salad, perogies, a hard-boiled egg and toast
